We firmly believe that a day spent inside is too many. Peace and tranquility, combined with a boost of energy makes for a wonderful start to the day.

Enjoy the extraordinary calm and quietness of each stroke paddled as the birds wake up singing and the sun reflects on the lake.

There is no better way to enjoy a sunrise than to be gliding on top of the water, as the sun peaks up over the horizon. You will feel rejuvenated and energized like nothing else could possibly offer you.

The Sunrise Paddle is offered daily on Nicola Lake at Monck Provincial Park.

We will be happy to create a special program for individuals that want to make this a routine part of their lives and perhaps share with a few like minded friends. Inquiries welcomed. All equipment is included.

COVID-19 and Returning to Safe Operations

We are open and have implemented updated standard operating procedures as prescribed by WORK SAFE BC and our Provincial Health Authorities. Nicola Valley Paddle Company remains a small "boutique" activity provider, located in the Nicola Valley in the interior of British Columbia. We have implemented very stringent cleaning and hygiene protocols. Social distancing procedures are in place. We have taken every step possible to ensure the safety of you and your family or friends while enjoying the SUP activities that we offer.

PLEASE NOTE

All reservations MUST be made in advance by telephone only. For the safety of yourself and others there will be NO drop-ins permitted. All reservations will require payment in advance by E-transfer or Credit Card. Only one family or unit of friends will be hosted at any given time, (max 6).
